Terms & Conditions

  1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 7% tax.
  2. Child rate for 4 - 12 years old.
  3. Cancellation and No Show Policy:
    All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 7 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment.
    No Show: Full Charge
  4. Full prepayment within 20 days prior to arrival date. Visa/Master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
